Questions
What readers ask us.
Is this a psychic hotline?
No. There's no directory of strangers and nobody assigns you clients. Your followers find you through your own link, and you decide when you're available.
Do I have to be on camera?
Yes. Nava is video, which is what your followers come for. You can turn your camera off mid-call if you need to.
What if someone is rude or creepy?
End the call. Block them and they can't call you again. Report them and a person reviews it with the chat transcript.
Can the viewer see my number or where I am?
No. Calls go through a relay, so neither side sees the other's address. Viewers only see your Nava name and page.
What about minors?
Everyone confirms they're 18 or older before they can call or be called. Reports of underage users are handled first.
